Abstract
The article presents some theoretical issues about bibliographic database standardization and analyzes the current situation of bibliographic database at the Library Information Center of Hanoi Law University, pointing out inconsistencies in the application of descriptive rules, keyword determination, abstract, spelling conventions, issues to be corrected, thereby, proposes some solutions to standardize the bibliographic database at the Library-Information Center.
