Electric vehicle charging infrastructure: a crucial link in the urban green transformation process

Abstract

The rapid development of electric vehicles is opening up significant opportunities for Vietnam to realize its goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and building green, smart cities. However, along with the increasing number of electric vehicles, the issue of charging infrastructure is becoming one of the most pressing concerns in the green transportation transition. Practical implementation in urban areas, high-rise residential buildings, and malls shows that developing charging infrastructure is not simply about installing additional power supply equipment, but requires a holistic approach encompassing planning, technical infrastructure, management mechanisms, and operation./.
