Abstract

In order to meet the increasing housing needs of the people, in 2011 the Government issued the National Housing Development Strategy with the main goal by 2020 to build at least 12.5 million m2 social housing floors in urban areas. However, the social housing development program so far still has many limitations. Based on actual conditions, it is necessary to have a macro vision for social security goals, create favorable and appropriate mechanisms to solve the urgent need for housing for people.
