Planning and developing static transportation infrastructure towards the use of clean energy vehicles

Abstract

With the rapid increase in electric vehicle usage in Vietnamese cities, the need to develop static transportation infrastructure while ensuring fire safety in high-rise residential buildings is becoming increasingly urgent. In reality, many apartment buildings are currently implementing temporary measures such as prohibiting charging or parking electric vehicles, or allowing residents to connect their vehicles to the electricity supply independently, posing numerous safety risks. This necessitates a more scientific, comprehensive, and practical approach to managing and developing infrastructure for electric vehicles.
