Perfection of Law on E-commerce in Vietnam in Context of Industrial Revolution 4.0

Abstract

In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (also known as Industry 4.0 or Fourth Industrial Revolution) when innovative initiatives and inventions are constantly emerging, rapidly changing the expression and existence of e-commerce relationships, it is necessary to have solutions to improve the effectiveness of e-commerce law enforcement. The current law on e-commerce activities in Vietnam needs to be codified to form a legal framework that is consistent, uniform, scientific, and effective when applied. In addition, a separate law specialising in e-commerce activities needs to be issued.
