ON THE MODEL FOR GOVERNANCE OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN VIETNAM DURING THE 40 YEARS AFTER DOI MOI

Abstract
In this paper, the author shares some of his reflections on the model for governance of social development in Vietnam during the 40 years of the Cause of Renovation in Vietnam. After providing a brief discussion of the Vietnamese Communist Party's view on social development management, the author focuses on analyzing and evaluating the achievements, as well as recent issues related to the Social Development Management Model in Vietnam during the current period. In the final section of the paper, the author proposes several recommendations to enhance the current model of social development management in Vietnam.
