NEW PRODUCTIVE FORCES IN THE ERA OF VIETNAM’S NATIONAL RISE

Abstract

Starting from Karl Marx’s thesis that “the hand-mill gives you society with the feudal lord; the steam-mill gives you society with the industrial capitalist”, the author argues for the role of the new productive forces brought about by the modern scientific and technological revolution in driving the strong development of our country in the era of national rise.
