Tỷ lệ lao tiềm ẩn và một số yếu tố liên quan đến lao tiềm ẩn ở bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn lọc máu chu kỳ

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá tỷ lệ lao tiềm ẩn (LTA) và một số yếu tố liên quan đến lao tiềm ẩn ở bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn lọc máu chu kỳ. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả, cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 120 bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn lọc máu chu kỳ điều trị tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103 từ tháng 08/2023 đến tháng 12/2025. Chẩn đoán lao tiềm ẩn bằng xét nghiệm QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ lao tiềm ẩn ở bệnh nhân lọc máu chu kỳ là 27,5%. Tỷ lệ lao tiềm ẩn có mối liên quan chặt chẽ với giới nam (OR: 2,701; 95% CI: 1,045 - 6,978), kèm đái tháo đường (OR 5,968; 95% CI 1,845 - 19,306) và viêm gan virus (HBV hoặc HCV) (OR: 3,976; 95% CI: 1,348 - 11,727) ở bệnh nhân lọc máu chu kỳ. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ lao tiềm ẩn ở bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn lọc máu chu kỳ là 27,5%. Cần chú trọng sàng lọc LTA ở bệnh nhân nam giới có kèm đái tháo đường, viêm gan virus ở bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn lọc máu chu kỳ.Lượt tải
