people and a wide range of activities. These pose significant
risks of fire and explosion, requiring comprehensive
design and management solutions for fire safety. This
article analyzes risky factors, current challenges, and
proposes improvements in technical design, organizational
management, and emergency responses to enhance the
effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting in modern
commercial centers.
