Improving Payment and Final Settlement Management to Enhance the Efficiency of State Budget-funded Capital Construction Investment Projects

Abstract

The State budget plays an important role in financing capital construction investment projects and accounts for a large proportion of the total development investment capital in the localities. However, in the process of implementing capital construction investment projects, the use of budget capital still has many difficulties and challenges. The article mentions the management of payment and settlement of construction investment capital, based on which, proposes some solutions to improve management efficiency for capital construction investment projects in this current period.
