Abstract

In the context of the strong development in economy of the world as well as Vietnam, the risk factor is one of the issues that governments and businesses are very concerned about. Risks can arise in all areas of everyday life around us. Construction investment is one of the fields with the potential for unpredictable fluctuations, in fact, it has been proven that risks in the construction sector have been a big problem for many governments as well as many businesses. By paying attention to risk management at the beginning of the project in all aspects, we can detect potential risks and prepare plans to manage and overcome risks, thereby improve construction investment efficiency and shorten project implementation time
