Through surveys conducted with experts and professionals from various agencies and organizations, including investors, project management boards, consultants, and construction contractors, the study identifies experience in organizing and executing site clearance as the primary factor. Finally, the study presents three solutions aimed at improving land clearance progress for transportation construction investment projects in Can Tho City, based on the analysis and evaluation findings.
