TECHNOLOGY TO PRODUCE PRECAST PRESTRESSED REINFORCED CONCRETE TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to present the technology for manufacturing and erecting precast components such as floors, beams, columns and connection details to connect the components together. Next, the production and curing sequence of precast reinforced concrete structures at the factory is mentioned, and finally the structure erection sequence at the construction site. This process is compiled based on the actual production, construction and erection process at DPM company. This is a new process that helps improve construction progress, project quality and aim to develop sustainable construction.
