Survey of pharmacists' satisfaction with some management software at pharmacies' District 1

Abstract

   In Circular 02/2018/TT-BYT, all drugstores in Vietnam must have data management software that connects to the National Pharmacy database. Therefore, the study conducted a survey on the satisfaction level of using management software of 45 pharmacies in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Results show that 100 % surveyed pharmacies use Viettel PMS software with the rate of 86.7 % of establishments updating data daily to the software. There is no pharmacy that is not satisfied with the import, export, inventory management functions or opinions about the management efficiency of the software. Regarding the cost of using software, 53.4 % of pharmacies found it normal and 22.2% were satisfied, 20 % were very satisfied, saying that this cost was cheap. The rate of 11.1 % agree and 15.6 % strongly agree about the regular update status of the software is low, though. All hopes that the provider would hold conferences to instruct the handling of the software.
