THE INFLUENCE OF TECHNICAL FACTORS AND FUEL SOURCES ON SMALL-SCALE BIOMASS POWER PLANT INVESTMENT AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

This paper introduces the influence of technical parameters, fuel zones on the
investment, production and business of small capacity biomass power plants, as
well as analyzes some factors affecting the investment and business activities of
small capacity biomass power plants in Vietnam. Based on the economic analysis
and financial efficiency of the biomass power project, solutions were proposed to
solve the difficulties for investors. From the issues mentioned, the paper provided
more information for enterprises to orient technology transfer, training units to
orient training and scientific research.
