Abstract

Recently, lotus has become the brand identity symbol of Dong Thap
province. Dong Thap province has also tried to leverage the economic and
cultural value of lotus on multiple occasions. However, until now the activities
to leverage the value of lotus in both önancial and cultural are still
fragmented, lacking overall planning. The article proposes a plan to build the
Dong Thap Lotus Complex to exploit the special strength of Dong Thap
province which is lotus, it will also help the province to break through and
develop perfectly and stably and also become the lotus capital of Vietnam and
maybe the world.
