SIMULATION STUDY OF ABS BRAKE SYSTEM USING CARSIM SOFTWARE

Abstract

The brake system is an active safety mechanism of vehicles, used to reduce speed or stop and park the vehicle when necessary. It is one of the main integral components and plays a crucial role in controlling vehicles on the road. In this study, the group utilized the CarSim software to conduct simulations on curved roads with varying speeds, establishing sample databases to the basic simulation problem-solving approach. The simulation results can be outputted in the form of motion videos and graphs, facilitating the analysis of the brake system's performance.
