MODELLING OF TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATIONS IN THE WALL OF CEMENT ROTARY KILN

Abstract

Base on analyzing heat transfer processes of the rotary kiln wall, taking
process to build a mathematical model to determine the temperature
fluctuations of the wall. The obtained results not only as the basis for calculating
heat loss through the wall but also a basis for calculating and selecting materials
wall which are suitable for working conditions of cement rotary kiln.
