DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF AUTOMATIC TAPE GLUING MACHINE

Abstract

Aluminum bar packing and finished product inspection machine is a
specialized automatic equipment, designed instead of manual production, in
order to increase production productivity, ensure quality, avoid scratches, and
ensure aesthetics. The problems solved in this work include: Segmentation of
automatic construction tasks reasonably, solving the optimal kinematics
problem, combining mechanical and electronic automation, Synchronous control
organization impact between moving, placing aluminum bars and wrapping
action, cutting tape, creating an energy-saving working system. The machine is
capable of connecting to the enterprise's digital management system. The
equipment has an output of 30m/min, 4 times higher than manual production at
the same time, reducing 4 manual labor. The device is easy to operate, has high
accuracy and aesthetics, and has a lower cost than similar functional equipment.
The product has been put into production at Lixil company.
