DETERMINING LEVEL OF RISKS IN ROAD TRAFFIC PROJECTS IN THE FORM OF PPP IN VIETNAM

Abstract

This study used statistical analysis to determine the risk level in PPP road
transportation projects in Vietnam based on survey data with 102 observations.
The results showed that the overall risk level was at a moderate level of 2.02 on
the Likert scale of 5 levels, with financial and economic identified as the highest-
risk factor. Based on the provided evidence, some policy implications were also
proposed, in Vietnam and other countries with similar contexts.
