RESEARCH AND DESIGN MODEL OF DC NANO-GRID
Abstract
In recent years, with strong attention and support from the government on
electric energy transmission, DC grid is gradually becoming popular and widely
applied in industry as well as in daily life. DC nano-grid with low voltage range is
considered a promising structure and future prospects due to its high efficiency,
intelligence and reliability. With the special advantage of energy saving, no
capacitance loss and easy integration with renewable energy systems as well as
energy storage systems, this is considered a interesting topic. In this paper, the authors
will present and study the typical structure of a DC distribution network in people's
lives, then propose and build a model of a small DC power grid with two sets which is
an AC/DC rectifier circuit with an input voltage of 220VAC and a DC/DC low-voltage
circuit to give an output voltage of 12VDC, the simulation and experimental results
will be given to verify the correctness of the theory as well as the design aspect.
