STUDY ON PRODUCTS OF DISHWASHING LIQUID CONTAINING NANO SILVER FROM USED ANIMALS FATS AND VEGETABLE GREASE OILS

Abstract

Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by optical method and evaluated the
material size by TEM imaging, resulting in a particle size smaller than 20nm. The
process of refining used animal fats and vegetable oils and conducting the
saponification reaction results in a slightly yellow colored surfactant. Surveying
the content of some ingredients in dishwashing liquid products shows that the
product formula with a mass ratio includes surfactant 10%, NaCl 0.3%; HEC
0.03%, 10ml of nano silver solution produces a homogeneous, many foamy, non-
fishy dishwashing liquid. The product is quality tested and shows that it meets the
quality of goods according to TCVN 6971:2001 standards.
