Abstract

Tourism activities have been growing in Haiphong city. In recent years, the team of tour guides in the city has always received the attention and preferential treatment from many departments. However, the state management activities for the tour guides are still inadequate. Increasing the role of state management for tour guides in Hai Phong is an effective solution to the above limitations.
