The metal age in Vietnam
Abstract
The Metal Age can be considered a term to refer to a period of development after the Stone Age, marked by the appearance of two metals with two main stages of development: the Bronze Age and the Iron Age. Research on Vietnam's Metal Age has a great role in clarifying the development stages of an important period in the historical development process. By using the historical method as the main method combined with the logical method, this article clarifies the development process of the metal age in Vietnam. After all, since the birth of Vietnamese archaeology in 1954, we have been aware of the great significance of the metal age for understanding the nation's first nation-building period. Since then, research on the Golden Age has aimed to point out the material and spiritual values in the flow of Vietnamese culture.
