Abstract

In the context of an economic crisis, private enterprises face numerous challenges in their workforce training activities. This study aims to assess the impacts of the economic crisis on high-quality human resource training in private enterprises. To achieve the research objectives, the authors conducted an analysis of the influences of the economic crisis on the overall economy and specifically on businesses. Consequently, the study identified the issues that enterprises encountered in a volatile business environment and the effects of the economic crisis on the human resource policies of private enterprises. Based on these findings, the study proposed several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of high-quality human resource training activities.
