MANAGING THE RETRAINING ACTIVITIES FOR PRESCHOOL TEACHERS IN QUY NHON CITY, BINH DINH PROVINCE BASED ON THE CAREER STANDARD

Abstract

The goal of preschool education is to support children’s physical, emotional, and aesthetic developments and formulate their personalities’ first elements. This task is assigned to managerial staffs and preschool teachers. Thus, enhancing preschool-teachers and managerial staffs comprehensively based on the career standard is a task meeting not only the immediate requirements but also the long-term strategies. The article presents the current situation of managing the retraining activities for preschool-teachers, based on the career standard in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province and proposes some measures to manage these activities.
