Abstract

Employee engagement with the business is very important in business management that has a great influence on the success of the business. Managers always find ways to make employees achieve job satisfaction, leading to loyalty and long-term commitment to the business. For the tourism service business in general and the food service business in particular, engagement will create employees who are devoted to their work, the dedication of employees contributes to creating differences and uniqueness in the types of products and services of the business. The article evaluates the influencing factors and proposes solutions to improve employee engagement with Kando restaurant in Thanh Hoa city in the coming time.
