CURRENT SOCIAL NEEDS IN THE FIELD OF FINE ARTS – OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES OF THANH HOA UNIVERSITY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Abstract

The determination of social needs for human resources is the scientific basis for orientating and building strategies and training plans in accordance with social demands, establishing supply-demand connection of all professional education institutions. In the field of fine arts, the social needs for human resources both in quantity and quality are increasingly urgent. On the basis of analyzing the social needs of human resources in this field, the author studies and evaluates the opportunities as well as the challenges posed for Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
