Policy towards job creation in Vietnam today

Abstract

In the development of human society labour is regarded as a basic and legitimate requirement for human beings and condition for social development, howevwr, in the market economy not everybody is satisfied with this requirement.

To have the right to work, first of all people must have the jobs to feed themselves and to create wealth for society. In this regard the State plays a major role in formulating an appropriate and effective job structure in the market economy.

The writer focuses his analysis on the status of employment and Vietnam's policy for job creation in recent years and proposes his solution to the problem.
