Socialization of higher education in Vietnam: theoretical foundations and practical development.

Abstract

In the context of globalization and the development of a knowledge-based economy, higher education plays a crucial role in training high-quality human resources. The socialization of higher education is regarded as an important policy for mobilizing social resources to support educational development. This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of higher education socialization and evaluates its implementation in Vietnam through indicators such as system expansion, the development of non-public institutions, and the mobilization of social resources. Based on these findings, the study identifies major achievements and existing limitations, and proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of higher education socialization in the coming period.
