Abstract

Time management skills play a crucial role in helping students effectively cope with academic stress in a credit-based learning system, where heavy workloads, high demands for self-study, and flexible class schedules can easily lead to overload if not properly organized. This article analyzes time management skills in coping with academic stress under the credit-based learning system among students of the Faculty of Chemical Technology at Hanoi University of Industry. The survey results indicate that these students’ time management skills in coping with academic stress are rated at a fairly good level. They also reveal significant differences in the level of this skill among groups of Chemical Technology students across academic years, as well as a relatively strong correlation between students’ level of awareness and their level of implementation of this skill.
