Applied Arts have increasingly become an essential part of various aspects of social life from decorative art to functional design—contributing to improving the quality of life, protecting the environment, and expressing cultural identity. Training in Applied Arts plays a crucial role in providing high-quality human resources for the industry, meeting the diverse demands of the labor market. Modern design products not only fulfill requirements of performance, industrial aesthetics, and usability to satisfy users' needs but also contribute to transforming cognitive perspectives and addressing essential social issues, thereby enhancing practical value. This article proposes several solutions to improve the quality of Applied Arts training at universities in the present context.
