Despite basic informatics training in general education, many students still struggle to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint eff ectively for academic and professional tasks. This study evaluates the importance of integrating advanced Microsoft Offi ce training into higher education curricula to improve digital skills among non-IT students. Using a mixed-methods approach, including a survey of 200 students and interviews with 10 IT instructors, the fi ndings reveal major skill gaps: limited confi dence in using MS Offi ce, diffi culties creating automatic tables of contents in Word, weak Excel skills, and mostly basic-level PowerPoint use. These results highlight a clear mismatch between general education digital skills and university-level requirements. Results show that while most participants have heard of video modeling, their understanding of the concept is limited (77.8%), actual usage is infrequent (8.9% regularly), and there is a high demand for professional development (97.8%). Children with ASD demonstrated relatively positive behaviors but still encountered challenges with cooperation and emotional self-regulation. Based on these fi ndings, the study proposes three VM application methods: "other-as-model," "self-modeling," and "step-by-step video prompting." Data from 278 students (grades 10–12) were collected through an online survey and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and linear regression. Results indicate a signifi cant positive correlation between FOMO and career choices infl uenced by social media, and a negative correlation with choices based on personal interests. Regression analysis shows that FOMO is a strong predictor, explaining 28.5% of the variance in social infl uence on career decisions, while parents' education level is negatively associated with this trend. Diff erences in FOMO levels were found across gender, grade, and locality, with higher levels among female and urban students. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 182 founders and co-founders of startups operating for at least twelve months. An online questionnaire with a fi ve-point Likert scale and 23 observed variables was employed. Multiple regression analysis shows that the model accounts for 57.4% of the variance in startup development. Legal and policy barriers have the strongest infl uence, followed by business environment barriers and technological and innovation constraints, while fi nancial barriers have the weakest impact. Drawing on key international legal frameworks, including the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement, the study analyzes how Vietnam has incorporated and operationalized policies on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction, green energy transition, and low-carbon economic development. From Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW to the 2020 Law on Environmental Protection and subsequent national action plans, Vietnam has demonstrated strong political resolve to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
