Identifying and exposing sabotage activities by hostile forces, while consolidating the strength of national unity, is therefore essential. The article analyzes tactics used by hostile forces to undermine public trust, including exploiting local violations to spread false information and incite instability. It highlights the role of ideological work in guiding public opinion, raising awareness, and strengthening resistance to harmful information. At the same time, it affi rms the importance of promoting national unity and reinforcing the close bond between the Party and the People as the foundation for maintaining political stability and defeating hostile schemes.

The use of game-based learning methods in teaching narrative writing to fourth graders in Cao Lãnh Ward, Đồng Tháp Province aligns with modern educational practices. Based on theoretical foundations of narrative composition and game-based pedagogy, and considering the practical context of developing writing skills among local students, this study proposes suitable learning games that foster creativity, increase engagement, and enhance narrative writing skills. Integrating games into instruction not only creates a natural and enjoyable learning experience but also supports the development of linguistic thinking and expressive abilities.

In the era of digital transformation, profi ciency in Microsoft Offi ce is considered an essential component of digital competence for university students, particularly those outside the Information Technology fi eld. Despite basic informatics training in general education, many students still struggle to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint eff ectively for academic and professional tasks. This study evaluates the importance of integrating advanced Microsoft Offi ce training into higher education curricula to improve digital skills among non-IT students. Using a mixed-methods approach, including a survey of 200 students and interviews with 10 IT instructors, the fi ndings reveal major skill gaps: limited confi dence in using MS Offi ce, diffi culties creating automatic tables of contents in Word, weak Excel skills, and mostly basic-level PowerPoint use. These results highlight a clear mismatch between general education digital skills and university-level requirements. The study confi rms the necessity of off ering advanced MS Offi ce training to standardize digital competence and enhance students' adaptability in an increasingly digital workforce.

This study explores self-regulated learning (SRL) behaviors among 102 EFL learners in Ho Chi Minh City. Four SRL dimensions—planning, monitoring, strategy use, and refl ection—were examined through a structured questionnaire. Data analyzed with SPSS revealed generally high SRL levels, with strategy use and monitoring being the most prominent, while planning and refl ection were less developed. No signifi cant diff erences were found across gender, academic attainment, or major. The fi ndings recommend integrating goal-setting, strategy training, and refl ective activities to enhance learners' autonomy and self-directed English learning.

This study investigates awareness, usage, and training needs related to video modeling (VM) in promoting positive behaviors among 5–6-year-old children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in preschool settings. Conducted at two preschools in Hanoi, the research utilized surveys, behavioral observations, and descriptive statistics. Results show that while most participants have heard of video modeling, their understanding of the concept is limited (77.8%), actual usage is infrequent (8.9% regularly), and there is a high demand for professional development (97.8%). Children with ASD demonstrated relatively positive behaviors but still encountered challenges with cooperation and emotional self-regulation. Based on these fi ndings, the study proposes three VM application methods: "other-as-model," "self-modeling," and "step-by-step video prompting." The research underscores the promising potential of VM as a practical and eff ective intervention with strong compatibility within Vietnam's inclusive early childhood education framework.

Children with Attention Defi cit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often exhibit symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity, typically appearing before age 12. These diffi culties aff ect personal functioning, social interactions, family relationships, and academic performance. Early detection and intervention—especially before age 6 enable families, caregivers, teachers, and peers to provide timely support, helping children improve their condition and enhance learning and daily life skills. As those closest to the child, parents and caregivers need proper knowledge and guidance to support children at home. Collaboration between schools and families is essential, applying early intervention strategies such as building positive behavior foundations, strengthening attention and concentration, structuring the environment and routines, promoting positive behaviors, and empowering parents.

This study explores the connection between self-effi cacy and intrinsic academic motivation among university students in Ho Chi Minh City. The sample includes 375 students from both public and private universities. The results show a positive correlation between self-effi cacy and students' intrinsic motivation. Additionally, students with higher self-effi cacy levels are more likely to engage in learning driven by genuine interest and a desire for knowledge rather than external pressure or expectations.

Lullabies are a form of Vietnamese folk music that express cultural identity and convey important values such as love, fi lial piety, and family attachment. Beyond soothing children and fostering musical emotion, lullabies help shape personality, gratitude, and family aff ection. Integrating lullabies into listening activities allows children to naturally absorb cultural and moral lessons through emotional and aesthetic experience. This article analyzes the content and educational value of selected traditional Northern Vietnamese lullabies, thereby clarifying their role in fostering family bonding among preschool children aged 5–6.

This study analyzes the theoretical foundations of integrating Ma Coong (Bru–Van Kieu) cultural values into the development of social–emotional skills in preschool children. Drawing on the socio-cultural approach and child-centered education perspective, the research identifi es cultural values of the Ma Coong people that positively infl uence children's social–emotional development, and proposes orientations for applying these values in early childhood education in ethnic minority settings. The article analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions to enhance entrepreneurial competence among students at Foreign Trade University (FTU). Survey fi ndings reveal that although students show strong entrepreneurial aspirations and positive perceptions, they still lack practical skills, innovative thinking, and hands-on experience. To turn awareness into action, the study emphasizes expanding entrepreneurship education, increasing project-based learning and innovation competitions, and strengthening partnerships with businesses. Integrating entrepreneurship into the curriculum, providing soft-skill training, and fostering a practice-oriented learning environment are essential. Building mentorship networks and startup incubation support further empowers students in idea development, networking, and fundraising. The formation of a dynamic and creative educational environment, along with close cooperation between the university, students, and enterprises, is identifi ed as key to establishing a sustainable startup ecosystem and nurturing a generation of innovative, entrepreneurship-ready graduates.

This study aims to identify and assess the counseling needs of fi rst-year students at Thai Nguyen University (TNU), a major regional university in Vietnam. Transitioning from high school to university, students encounter signifi cant challenges related to administrative procedures, new learning methods, and personal life management. Using a mixed-methods approach—quantitative surveys of 300 students and in-depth interviews with 10 students from fi ve member universities—the study reveals that the highest counseling needs relate to physical and mental safety (average 4.5/5.0), study methods (4.3/5.0), and time management skills (4.2/5.0), while needs concerning application documents have improved. The paper proposes solutions to strengthen an integrated counseling system, with emphasis on mental health and self-management skills, to enhance fi rst-year students' learning experiences and adaptability.

This study examines the relationship between the psychological phenomenon of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and the career choice tendencies of high school students in Lai Châu province within the digital society. Data from 278 students (grades 10–12) were collected through an online survey and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and linear regression. Results indicate a signifi cant positive correlation between FOMO and career choices infl uenced by social media, and a negative correlation with choices based on personal interests. Regression analysis shows that FOMO is a strong predictor, explaining 28.5% of the variance in social infl uence on career decisions, while parents' education level is negatively associated with this trend. Diff erences in FOMO levels were found across gender, grade, and locality, with higher levels among female and urban students. The study recommends integrating digital psychology education into career counseling to help students manage FOMO and make career choices aligned with their abilities and values in the digital era.

The study evaluates the current status of Physical Education (PE) and school sports at Hong Bang International University (HIU) by analyzing key factors, including facilities and technical equipment for PE activities, the qualifi cations and eff ectiveness of PE instructors, the structure and content of the current PE curriculum, students' motivations and needs regarding physical training and sports participation, their physical fi tness levels, and their academic performance in PE courses. The fi ndings provide a comprehensive empirical basis for developing solutions to enhance the quality of PE for HIU students, thereby improving the overall eff ectiveness of PE implementation at the university.

This study investigates the role of the Southern Party Committee of Cochinchina as a distinctive model of local revolutionary leadership. In the process of seizing power, the Committee not only restored Party organizations and prepared revolutionary forces but also acted as the central body directing grassroots movements. Using a combined historical and logical approach with domestic and international sources, the research reconstructs the Party restoration process, mass mobilization, and the orchestration of coordinated uprisings. Findings show that the Committee implemented fl exible strategies, mobilized the Vanguard Youth eff ectively, and led the rapid seizure of power within seven days. The study affi rms the Southern Party Committee as an exemplary model of local revolutionary leadership, contributing signifi cantly to the success of the August Revolution in the Mekong Delta.

Currently, as the worship of the Three and Four Palaces continues to grow, practitioners of Mother Goddess worship are becoming increasingly younger, with many individuals in the LGBTQ+ community turning to this belief system as a means of spiritual healing. The system of opal stone axe workshops at H'lang (Yang Nam Commune, Kông Chro District, Gia Lai), together with recent archaeological discoveries, reveals a large-scale prehistoric lithic production center in the upper Ba River basin. These interconnected sites demonstrate a full chaîne opératoire—from raw material selection and fl aking to grinding and fi nal tool shaping. The technological uniformity and typological consistency of the artifacts indicate a high degree of specialization, refl ecting advanced labor organization and raw material exchange among ancient Central Highlands communities. New fi ndings, including unfi nished tools, production debris, and habitation traces, provide further evidence of a distinct inland lithic tradition in the central region. This study investigates key barriers hindering the development of innovative startups in southern Vietnam. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 182 founders and co-founders of startups operating for at least twelve months. The research integrates the Innovation Barriers Theory and the Resource- Based View (RBV) to examine fi ve major categories of obstacles. An online questionnaire with a fi ve-point Likert scale and 23 observed variables was employed. Multiple regression analysis shows that the model accounts for 57.4% of the variance in startup development. Legal and policy barriers have the strongest infl uence, followed by business environment barriers and technological and innovation constraints, while fi nancial barriers have the weakest impact. The fi ndings highlight the need to improve the legal framework, strengthen the startup ecosystem, and enhance technological capabilities to support sustainable startup growth in Vietnam.

Career prospects in information technology are increasingly promising as technological advancement and widespread internet usage drive demand for IT professionals. Based on a survey of 250 students at Tay Nguyen University, this study analyzes the current status and needs for developing IT skills from the perspective of network information security. Findings indicate that although students express relatively high confi dence in cybersecurity awareness and demonstrate good practices in protecting digital devices, they continue to face online risks such as phishing, diffi culty distinguishing real from fake information, and loss of account data. These results highlight the need for more comprehensive training in digital safety and cybersecurity competencies within the context of digital transformation.

On June 24, 2025, the 15th National Assembly passed the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Vietnamese Nationality (Law No. 79/2025/QH15), eff ective July 1, 2025. The amended law introduces signifi cant changes to regulations on naturalization, restoration, and modifi cation of nationality, as well as provisions concerning children's nationality. Vietnamese law has issued various legal documents regulating alcohol concentration violations in traffi c; however, the current legal framework for managing, monitoring, and sanctioning such violations still presents signifi cant shortcomings in practical implementation. Driving under the infl uence of alcohol increases the risk of traffi c accidents, causing harm to the health and lives of drivers and related individuals, while also negatively aff ecting the transportation system and society as a whole. Based on this situation, the article analyzes and evaluates key inadequacies in the legal framework concerning alcohol concentration violations in traffi c. This article examines the current legal framework governing the protection of traditional knowledge (TK) in Vietnam within the broader context of globalization. The analysis highlights three central issues: (1) the absence of a unifi ed and comprehensive legal framework for TK, as existing regulations remain fragmented and lack systematization; (2) traditional intellectual property tools—such as collective marks, certifi cation marks, and geographical indications—primarily protect products associated with TK rather than the knowledge itself; and (3) the lack of a legally established access and benefi t-sharing (ABS) mechanism at the national level. To address these shortcomings, the article proposes developing a specialized legal framework for TK that recognizes community legal status, establishes a formal system for TK registration and documentation, and implements an equitable benefi t-sharing mechanism to protect community rights and support the preservation and creative transmission of traditional knowledge.

Drawing on key international legal frameworks, including the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement, the study analyzes how Vietnam has incorporated and operationalized policies on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction, green energy transition, and low-carbon economic development. From Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW to the 2020 Law on Environmental Protection and subsequent national action plans, Vietnam has demonstrated strong political resolve to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
