Application of artificial intelligence in electronic commerce at enterprises in Vietnam
Abstract
The article aims to explore and evaluate the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in electronic commerce (e-commerce) at enterprises in Vietnam. The author utilized methods of information collection, analysis, and processing to assess the impact of AI on e-commerce enterprises. The results show that AI profoundly affects e-commerce enterprises in Vietnam, particularly in improving user experience through product and service personalization, optimizing supply chain management processes and enhancing marketing strategy effectiveness. Additionally, AI plays a significant role in providing quick and efficient customer support. The
article not only contributes to elucidating the role of AI in enhancing the efficiency of e-commerce businesses in Vietnam but also provides a scientific basis for managers and enterprises to apply AI effectively. Moreover, it opens up new directions for further research on AI technology applications in various fields.
