Creative development of Ho Chi Minh’s great national unity strategy during the Dien Bien Phu Campaign

Abstract

Through logical, historical, statistical, analytical, synthetic, theoretical research methods etc., the article clarified the Navarre plan and the determination to defeat the French and American imperialist aggression of President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam; the application and creative development of Ho Chi Minh’s Great national unity strategy of the Vietnamese people; the Dien Bien Phu victory – an eloquent evidence to the value and vitality of Ho Chi Minh's Ideology on national unity. Seventy years have passed, yet the triumphs of this campaign continue to serve as a vital source of inspiration and encouragement for the Vietnamese people in their efforts to build and develop the country today.
