Abstract
Based on the research on the current status of factors affecting the effectiveness of emotional intelligence training among preschool teachers, this article proposes specific measures to improve the effectiveness of emotional intelligence training of preschool teachers in Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh Province. Data analysis methods including descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s Alpha reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and linear regression analysis… have been employed to preliminarily validate the reliability of the proposed research measures.
