Abstract

School culture is a particularly important environment for character training and educating the young generation to live with ambition and noble ideals, contributing to the realization of the "learning to be" pillar of education and fulfilling the mission, values​​, and educational goals of the school towards Truthfulness-Kindness-Beauty. School culture is an important issue in promoting and improving the quality of education, developing qualified and talented human resources to meet the increasing requirements of the country's reform and the trend of international integration. This article discusses some theoretical issues and the impact of school culture on the educational environment and points out the factors that develop the general education and higher education environment, thereby giving some conclusions and suggestions to develop school culture to improve the quality of education in the current period.
