Agreement on labor non-competition: Theory and practical application of legal enforcement

Abstract
This article proceeds from the fundamental theory of agreement on labor non-competition to approach the labor non-competition agreement between employers and employees. Despite the longstanding, natural, diverse, and intricate nature of non-competition agreements in labor, legal regulations of such behavior within the labor domain are a relatively novel legal issue, with practical applications being largely unexplored. The study provides and elucidates the basic and distinctive knowledge of the behavior; purposes and impacts of such agreements; the need for legal regulations of non-competition agreements in labor, thereby furnishing a scientific basis for enhancing legal frameworks pertaining to this issue.
