Cải tạo không gian công cộng, dịch vụ tại khu nhà ở tập thể Giảng Võ

Renovation of Public Spaces and Services in the Giang Vo Collective Housing Area, Hanoi

Abstract

Việt Nam sau thời gian phát triển đô thị nhanh chóng đã thay đổi diện mạo đô thị, nâng cao chất lượng đời sống người dân. Tuy nhiên, đô thị hóa cũng làm nảy sinh nhiều vấn đề phức tạp: nhu cầu gia tăng lấn chiếm không gian công cộng, không gian xanh giảm, hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng quá tải, ô nhiễm môi trường... Trong đó các khu nhà ở tập thể cũ là ví dụ điển hình cho những mâu thuẫn không gian. Bài báo trình bày kết quả khảo sát, phân tích, đánh giá nhu cầu của người dân đối với không gian công cộng, dịch vụ trong các khu nhà ở tập thể lấy khu nhà ở tập thể Giảng Võ làm trường hợp nghiên cứu. Từ đó, đề xuất cải tạo dựa trên ý tưởng “chia sẻ không gian” nhằm lưu giữ giá trị văn hóa vốn có của khu tập thể kết hợp nét hiện đại sẵn có đồng thời nâng cao chất lượng sống của người dân tại đây.

Abstract

After a period of rapid urban development, Vietnam has changed the appearance of urban areas and improved people’s lives. However, urbanization has also given rise to numerous complex issues: increasing demand has led to the encroachment of public spaces, a reduction in green areas, overloaded infrastructure systems, and environmental pollution... Among these, old collective housing complexes are typical examples of spatial conflicts. The paper presents the results of a survey, analysis, and assessment of residents’ needs regarding public spaces and services in collective housing areas, using the Giang Vo collective housing complex as a case study. Based on these findings, the article proposes a renovation plan inspired by the idead of “space sharing” aiming to preserve the cultural  values inherent in the collective housing while integrating modern elements to enhance the quality of life for local residents.
