Việc dự kiến áp thuế đối ứng đối với hàng hóa Việt Nam xuất khẩu sang Mỹ có thể tác động trực tiếp đến xuất khẩu – một trong ba trụ cột quan trọng của nền kinh tế, bên cạnh tiêu dùng và đầu tư. Với thị trường bất động sản Việt Nam, việc áp thuế này ảnh hưởng theo nhiều chiều hướng khác nhau, phụ thuộc vào mức độ thuế, loại hình bất động sản và mức độ phản ứng chung của nền kinh tế. Bài báo tập trung phân tích những tác động của việc áp thuế đối ứng đến thị trường bất động sản về ngắn hạn và dài hạn dựa trên những phân tích về biến động của thị trường đầu tư, chính sách tiền tệ và tương quan cạnh tranh với các nước trong khu vực.

Abstract

The proposed imposition of reciprocal taxes on Vietnamese goods exported to the US will certainly have a direct impact on exports – one of the three important pillars of the economy, alongside consumption and investment. For the Vietnamese real estate market, this tax imposition affects in many different ways, depending on the tax rate, the type of real estate and the general response of the economy. The article focuses on analyzing the impacts of reciprocal taxes on the real estate market in the short and long term based on analysis of fluctuations in the investment market, monetary policy and competitive correlation with countries in the region.
