Abstract

 Nha Trang- Khánh Hòa has long been regarded as a natural, historical, and cultural space of significant strategic importance. Within this space, numerous political, social, and cultural transformations have taken place. As a land with deep historical layers and a diverse, rich cultural substratum, Khánh Hòa possesses considerable potential and advantages for development along a green and sustainable model. Drawing upon historical methods, approaches, and an interdisciplinary research mindset, this article focuses on analyzing the geo-strategic and geo-cultural position of Nha Trang - Khánh Hòa, the strengths of its natural resources and positional assets, as well as the distinctive characteristics of its human and cultural resources. The ethnic cultural nuances, historical depth, and processes of intercultural and trans-temporal interaction and integration constitute major resources and enduring strengths of Khánh Hòa, both in the past and in the present endeavor of building and safeguarding maritime sovereignty.
