Some things to share about the course building process on state management of the economy

Abstract

The article deals with the process of building and developing the module State management of the economy, from a complementary position into a main module in the specialized training program in economic management at university and graduate education. The article “extracts” the course development thinking process, whereby the lecturers clearly defined the teaching subject, clarified the structure and core things of the course, such as the goals and principles of economic state management, functions, tools and methods of state management of the economy, etc. All are linked to the specificity of the Vietnamese economy, which is operating according to the socialist-oriented market mechanism. The article shares experiences and suggests the process of building and developing a course to meet the school’s training program and goals.
