Abstract

Environment and climate change are topical issues of concern to all countries around the world. The Party and State of Vietnam attach great importance to environmental protection, set laws and policies, and take measures to deal with environmental pollution and combat the effects of climate change. However, not all levels, sectors, localities, businesses and all Vietnamese people are always conscious in this area. For example, in the current university-level training of environmental engineers, it is very difficult to recruit students.
