RESEARCH NEW METHODS OF PRODUCING FEATHER COAT

Abstract

In our country, duck feathers are purchased, preliminarily treated and then exported in raw form, so the value is very low. Researching on technology to process duck feathers into products of higher value to bring in more foreign currency as well as jobs for domestic workers is meaningful and necessary. This article focuses on describing the method of creating duck feather fabric by knitting principle on the existing equipment of the workshop of the Faculty of Garment Technology and Fashion, from which it is possible to design and process fashion feather coasts.
