Mobilizing community contributions in new rural area construction in Dak Lak province

Abstract

New rural area construction is “of the people, by the people, serving the interests of the people”. Therefore, people play a leading role in the process of new rural area construction. Mobilizing and promoting people's participation and contribution is considered a key solution to successfully implementing new rural area construction. The article summarizes the current situation of mobilizing people's contributions in new rural construction in Dak Lak, factors affecting people's contributions, and some solutions to improve the ability to mobilize people's contributions in new rural area construction in the coming time.
