Nowadays, the combination of virtual reality technology and geographic information systems is one of the effective solutions to build a virtual space with full attribute and spatial information, suitable for scientific research activities, urban planning management, education, and national defense - security,... In this study, the group of authors would like to present a tool developed based on open source Geographic Information System and virtual reality platforms such as QGIS, Unity, and Blender to support virtual tours of the Military Technical Academy campus, one of the major technical universities of the Vietnamese Army and Government.
