Assessment of building land use plans when equitizing state-owned enterprises in the Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province

Abstract

The assessment of the current situation of building land use plans when equitizing state-owned enterprises is one of the important parts to contribute to proposing methods to improve the efficiency of land management and use of enterprises. By the method of collecting, processing data, combined with field surveys, the results showed that only 89.47% of enterprises had land use plans when equitizing state-owned enterprises. Some land use plans were approved for production and business purposes, the approved land use form was the allocation without collection of land use fees. Enterprises voluntarily use land plots and invest in assets attached to land without land allocation by the State, land lease contracts are still happen.
