04. Analysis and assessment of the risk of drain in the basic Vu Gia - Thu Bon river in climate change
Abstract
In recent years, the drought situation in our country has become more and more severe in intensity and expanded in scope with increasing frequency, seriously affecting agricultural production, forestry and the lives of people, especially for the Vu Gia - Thu Bon river basin, is the largest river system in the Central Central region, covering most of the territory of Da Nang city, Quang Nam province. The problem of drought in the Vu Gia - Thu Bon river basin has been limiting the economic development of Quang Nam province and Da Nang city, at the same time destroying the environment. The environment has a strong impact on socio-economic life, especially farmers. This study conducts a risk assessment of climate change scenarios in the early 21st century in the Vu Gia - Thu Bon river basin.
