Abstract

Build cadastral database according to prescribed standards. Ensure land registration and data updates are carried out simultaneously and continuously. Regular data updating is an activity carried out along with cadastral record revision. Modernize the land registration system in Thuong Tin district, Hanoi city with the implementation of a standard land information system (LIS), based on which the land registration office branch is increased strengthen resources, computerize the registration process to ensure quick, effective, and convenient registration. Build a general database process. Building a cadastral spatial database of Lien Phuong commune, Thuong Tin district using MicroStation V8i software with 08 cadastral map sheets, attribute data was built using Excel software with 2,644 land plot records entered, linking attribute data and cadastral spatial data using Gcadas. The cadastral database of Lien Phuong commune, Thuong Tin district is the basis for land statistics and inventory, land allocation, land lease, compensation, site clearance, planning, management, and use planning land and local environmental protection; Connect online for exploitation and use, ensuring transparency in land management; is a basic document serving land use planning in each stage of communes and districts.
