Consistency in the training and fostering of cadres of the Party and the political system is both a principle and a requirement, which is of great significance in building a contingent of cadres. This article analyzes the foundation and proposes a number of solutions to ensure consistency and systematization in this work, contributing to building a contingent of cadres of the Party and the political system with sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige to meet the requirements and political tasks to bring the country into a new era.
